Limpid yellow-gold. An expressive bouquet evokes ripe pear, pineapple, mango, honey and jasmine, along with a smoky mineral overtone. Stains the palate with sappy orchard and tropical fruit, vanilla and honeysuckle flavors that are complemented by suggestions of tarragon and candied ginger. Shows fine clarity and breadth on the smooth, persistent finish, with the floral and vanilla notes repeating emphatically. 45% new French oak.
