Evodia Garnacha shows off a dark purple red color when poured into the glass. It has inky aromas of black cherry, red licorice, red raspberry and ripe plum with a beautiful floral touch and baked spices.

On the palate, the wine is very fresh and supple with rich berry fruit flavors and a succulent finish.

It specially works best with roasted meats, lamb, good beef or steaks and all types of stews and casseroles, game and even flavorful fish stews.
