Traditional vinification without added sulphur in thermo-regulated vats. and 40% is aged for 8 months in new barrels. A brilliant ruby color with garnet reflections. Very concentrated red fruit aromas, with notes of vanilla (from the oak), fig and prune. The aromatic richness of the bouquet is found on the palate. A full-bodied and well-structured wine. 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc.
