Dark chocolate and rich black fruits are the order of the day here. The wine is full and concentrated, with a solid core of tannins. Everything needs to soften and integrate. It's structure is very fresh and smooth revealing candied fruits, spices, liquorice and tobacco harmonized aromas. Soft tannins give to the whole delicacy and tenderness. The length is remarkable. 
It will be well appreciated with rib roast and fry sweet potatoes or duck liver sauce.

A wine that suffers from nothing! Our new cuvée is displayed without added sulfur. This is a wine that is best enjoyed on a nose filled with fresh red fruits.
It will be the ideal companion for your dinners with family or friends and will go perfectly with spicy cuisine, tapas or barbecue.
