It is bright and smooth in the mouth with nice freshness and layers of flavor delivering excellent length on the palate. A great food pairing with pot roast, roasted chicken, pork chops, seared tuna, mild cheeses and dishes with black truffles and porcini mushrooms. Produced from 100% Pinot Noir.
